I can't help but constantly pre plan things in advance so typically I'd be like right okay let's go to bed and if I've got a podcast the next day then all I can think about is the podcast. If you're able to control your attention like not a boat bike I can fall asleep in 10 minutes every single night no problem at all. It's just that using you know modern technologies has deteriorated some of your attention because most likely unless you're maybe drinking caffeine really late or something but most likely there's no physical issue for you to fall asleep.
