Sarah Koenig: I feel like we are in this moment and Sarah's sort of like framed it so beautifully where so many things are coinciding to create the perfect storm. And at the same time, we of course, becoming a new parent is there a lot of challenges that go along with that,. A lot of reexamination and a lot of exhaustion that tends to go with that as well. But you also nearly pointed out the fact that she's already figured out a whole bunch of really clear answers around the larger context of how she wants to bring herself to whatever she does. So I'm glad that you that you pull that out that you tease it out and acknowledge and celebrate that because

After becoming a new mom in the depths of the Global Pandemic, she resigned from her executive position. Now Sarah is at a crossroads with a solid foundation of skills and accomplishments but this time wants to create a chapter of work that is more aligned with her innate impulses.
