Internal Testing Is Really Helpful When You're Creating a Product

Internal testing can help get some of that like crappy feedback out of the way. So if we did a huge redesign and it was still a bit clunky, I would want to put it in front of my employees first to work through some of those obvious problems. And then I would put it infront of users. The feedback that I would get externally from users would be much more high quality, more important information than it would if I had put like the clunky version out.
