The first big challenge that I'm thinking about the second one is client churn meaning Content is inevitably a long game. It takes a lot of time for your content to drive ROI and so I think the way that you avoid churning clients is first you need to set realistic short-term goals. You need to lock clients in for long enough contracts to be able to see any results So I think moving forward three month contracts are going to be the minimum for clients And I think we need to focus their content and their niche around Intermediate-term tangible business goals that they want to hit.
