The best way to do it is with pip o. It's actully trying to build the wheel you want, whereas pip wheel is actually just building a wheel house. If you depend on numpie and numpi doesn't have wheelswi, they did better with piphon three dot tens. I'm not going to complain about about numpi or pi for pithon there do ten, but for three, dot nine, they didn't have wheels for a while. So we can just use the build. yo tool instead.
