In your book, you say that the most important driver of the increase in inequality and the loss of ground for American workers is the new social bias of technology. So I have a question for you: Do you think the newsocial bias of technology is a cause or a consequence of falling worker power? Both, absolutely. And this is the basis of a lot of the arguments of the book. It draws on my research with Pascal Restrepo.
