Is Shabbat Too Close to Your Ordinary Work?
In our American culture, we have adopted the weekend so completely fully that we, in some ways feel like we have two days to rest. We end our Shabbat, our day of rest by Jeremy and I going on a date. And then yeah, I think that lighting no fire, like not starting any arguments or having any conversations on Shabbat is a big one. There's a lot of heart, like soul work that goes into maintaining healthy relationships as well.
