The US spends about half of what Geico spends on cheap car insurance in the United States. China is spending over $10 billion to build influence across the globe, according to some estimates. The only place where that's not the case is Israel and essentially the Kurdish areas of Syria and Iraq; even in those areas, Russian China still has strong influence.
