You should be testing your own premise, even while you're not giving uncertainty to your work force. It is ultimately a lot of aspects of work are a team base sport. You do need to define for people what are the aspects based on the roll or the function where team base collaborations caingto be important. So again, i think business leaders do need to be ready to set some contours around that.
