This really will do what you want it to do if you hate gyms I mean honestly a lot a lot of weighted exercises are just ways to do something that you probably can't do with bodyweight yet. A very liberating mind shift or mindset shift for me was going full in on wanting to be functional rather than wanting to be aesthetic. You care more about the capabilities it's an ancillary benefit but I'm not worried about it so  that's probably long-term more sustainable anywayto just do stuff that you enjoyYeah and if you enjoy body building that's fine but like if you don't feel you need to do it just because you think you need to look a certain
