How to Overload Your Training

There was a 2020 study in the Journal of Applied Physiology that found that faster Twitch athletes respond worse to overreaching. The general rule for your normal athlete is you start with something really simple, like back-to-back days. And then going from there and listening to your body, some athletes might be able to sustain an overload for three or four weeks.
