If i'm feeling for some i guess it's when i'm feeling like a bit cramp so if there's the onset of maybe a niggle, which isn't a nigge, it's usually more of a crampy feeling. It really helps to sort of to do that kind of mental check list. And it's quite nice to then use it to like, adjust your form. So normally my shoulders hunching up and my elbows go out, and i and up kind of reallysor flapping around. I think, i would have thought it was counter productive, but actually it was exactly that. You look, you carry on. It's not hurting any worse
