The Dollar and the Deficit

The US was downgraded in 2011 and I'm trying to remember because it feels recent and at the same time a decade ago. We managed to pay our bills. The largest aspect of the deficit is the interest rate that we pay. And that were exponentially higher across a credit rating being lower or a default. That would be 30 years of just years and years and years of higher rates. It's a scary situation. But they think default door to the long term is terrible.
