i was a little bit afraid going into this project already as ase that i would come out more cynical. But instead, i actually left with a much greater sense of compassion for people who engage in groups like this. I am by no means encouraging people to disaffiliate from the cultish groups they might be a part of. It's not about being wary of those groups. It's about getting clear on what it is that you're actually in. And if you're not allowed to participate casually, or have one foot in and one foot out a then that's probably a sign that this might not be the healthiest group for you puky the clown.
