The agency determined that the f a a officials permitted southwest airlines to fly forty nine of 88 skyline aircraft without verifying that they conform t f a s. This is another disection, failure to oversee southwest airlines use of skyline aircraft. It does raise some interesting questions and answers because it's a legal document. Boy, doesn't it almost telegraph what's going on within that particular airline? I'm looking for
