i don't ever see the value in someone that's done well in business because every single thing worked perfectly for them and nothing's ever gone wrong. They've never actually had to learn or innovate a mid-challenge or difficulty or things going wrong i see value in mentors, business partners in you know if I was looking at a board member it's like people that have had shit go wrong and how they handled those situations so a lot of money spent and things like that but i believe that as a businessman it's made you so much more wise and and valuable in the businesses that you've been a part of in how you handled and navigated that situation.
