In only 19 % cases, the product actually appears in the top of the search result. Even further wadingly, when the explanation is a top result, we found that in 25%. The coherence is basically missing of what amazon's own search engine result is showing to a customer on the desk. There is actually a problem with respect to the customer's satisfaction as well because many customers are actually opting for several other products than the product which was added to cart by alexa.
