Dmitria became one of the most recognizable voices of portland's 20 20 protests. The man she's describing, jeremy christian, was a regular attendee of far right rally in the portland area. Dmitria fended off christian with pepper spray but he got away to kill the people. He threatened four people on his way to when they detained him. And the only reason they detained him again was because the public was following him. They didn't even shoot him with robber bullets or a cergason or anything. This just shows you how the police play a part and of everything he did.
