Is It a Special Skill?

i feel like there's a lot of people who have some kind of closeted creative hunger pangs. How would you encourage them to re establish the relationship with that withered away creative spark? And too, how do you practise it in your own life to keep that connection flowing and keep it going? i don't think creativity is a special skill or a special lege reserved for the artists of the world. We are all expressions of this, literally, the energy of creation, and that is what wants to come through us. I'm still opening up that space to receive, but i'm doing in more focus on a specific project.
