Seven years ago when my husband died, I didn't want to get out of bed. So grieving was healthy. Not getting out of bed is not. When you feel those negative emotions that stress, that anxiety, that whatever anger, stop and just ask, what happened? What meaning did I give it? And just get the meaning is in your mind, it's not in the events. And the emotional go away and it'll give you freedom. Now ultimately, if you get rid of your beliefs, you'll have,. you won't have to do that because the feeling won't come up.
