We Are Social Animals, and We Respond to the Environments

Leaders are responsible for building an environment of trust and co-operation. Most leaders think leader ship is about being in charge, it's not. It's about taking care of those in your charge. Teach them, train them, giveen the opportunity to fall and try again. If you create an environment where we actually fear each other, fear the people with whom we work,. the natural human reaction to that environment is paranoia, cynicism, mistrust and self interest.
