How to Preserve Value During an Acquisition
How do you preserve value during an acquisition? I think there's always a fabled dip of performance after you buy a company. Mostly it's making sure that you have evaluated the talent inside that company. Some people just really like being CEO and they're not going to be able to be CEO. They don't want to eat. And others like being CFO, but they're not gonna be CFO anymore. So you're going to have attrition. The question is, do you have enough talent in that organization to overcome that attrition?
