Is There a Need for Facial Recognition?
In some countries, you would never want someone with face blind is procepagnosia being a passport officer because they just could not do the job. But what you want is people who have above average abilities in those sorts of roles and are far more likely to make a correct identification than people with average or lower ability. So yeah, it's definitely something we can apply and help with. And we do identify super recognizers through the testing and then we put them through our own training courses,. It will enhance their skills with behavior analysis as well if we're actually out and about.
