How do you identify churn then? Is it by ARR loss? Is it down grade? Like obviously everyone's using a different way of identifying churn these days. What metrics are you actually using to track churn? I think there are actually a lot of indicators and they can happen throughout the life cycle, but it's making sure you flag them early enough so you can do something about it.
