How Is a Deep Breath Interpreted?

How we are taught to relax is counter and probably the wrong thing that we are doing. We practise top breathing exercise to help balance the olump nervous system, to stimulate the vagust nerve and to activate the body's rest and digest response. When we are stressed, it's not a time for eating food. The increased watery slive in the mouth tells us that the body is ready for the digestion of food. If you're going to have disproportionate brecklessness during physical training than what it should be, you're likely to suffer from hyper ventilator syndrome.
