The Dual Crisis in the US
Despite the fact that these were essential workers on the front lines of the pandemic, these essential workers did not get any kind of aid from the state government or from the federal government. And so there was this kind of dual crisis. This notion of crisis, I think, verifies its own assumptions, you know, because it sometimes can erase through this nationalist narrative.
