Both are just about managing anxiety and shame so really when I talk about breaking free from nice guy syndrome it's not becoming a little bit more asshole is is moving up. The man who can ask himself what I want was important to me some man who can sell soothes a man who works at releasing his shame is a man that can give generously with no strings attached no covert contracts
