I think rather than thinking the question is going to open up the mind shift, I think what you want is for the practice of building habits toopen up the body shift. So pick a question, build a habit around it and then see what happens from there. None of them facilitate a quick, easy, thoughtless answer. You don't have to try too hard to do that. But all of them go, well, if you sit with a question and you let it land with you, then there's going to be some stuff out.
