What Is a Viral Moment?

We are not going for virality necessarily. We don't even measure those metrics at this point. Partly because follower count seems to have slowed down a lot. And then virality, you know, we've had a couple of viral things and it didn't necessarily lead to more people putting together that they should go to the grocery store and buy our product. So I think it really depends on the goals of the brand.
