Niacin is a compound found in nisen and nicotinic acid. Niacin has been shown to help with weight loss, muscle toning as well as other health benefits. Nickatina says that the best way to burn off fat after taking niacin is by doing low intensity cardio three to four hours afterwards. She also suggests not snacking on carbs for at least two hours before you take another dose of niacin.
