Drones and Data Aid in Malai

The drone and data aid project is supported by german development co operation in collaboration with unice and a german drone company. Since november 20 20, they've been working together with malawe's ministry of health to improve the health system. They're using drones to deliver supplies of essential medicines to remote rural areas. Fast, smooth supply chains are even vital when it comes to covid 19 vaccines that need to be stored at very low temperatures. Drones could quickly transport vaccines to hard to reach areas. And the project team in malai is now preparing plans for drone distribution of covid vaccines.
