Compensation Across Rolls Is Not Equal

Everyone values compensation a little bit differently at different stages of their life as well. If rolls are not equal in terms of the value that you're delivering, what is that taking from your life? You could be making an atronomical amount of money but if you literally have zero time to be with your friends, family, loved onesnd work on other things that are really important to you, or maybe i suffering and your health is that increased compensation really worth it? And so each person is going to be a little bit different there. But absolutely, when we're trying to consider compensation, i'm bg though, on everyone being able to be paid fairly for where they're at.
