I fully believe in everything that I just said but human the experience for humans eating is different than other animals. A cow is designed like it has a four-chambered stomach and a palate built entirely around eating rough forage things like grass or other tough vegetable materials. carnivores are meant to rip apart carcasses in the African savannah and consume that animal so we started throwing a wrench into that system three and a half million years ago. The part we need to be spending time on is somebody's teaching us how to process that foodhow to take a grain and make it as safe as it can beHow to butcher an animal how to cook certain things in order to make those foods
