I think 90% happens in our brain and 10% actually happens in reality. If you smile a lot, the muscle that around your, or around your lips will be formed a certain way. I tell myself it's going to be okay. Sometimes do we like that? Is that a way to be at peace with what is? It's like whatever happens, like, oh, it just do be like that. Like therapy is $500 an hour saying it does be like that is free.
