The Bottom Down System of Control and Coercion Is a 15 Minute City
"I don't do this stuff because I'm some type of big government liberal," he says. "When bottom up liberals sit with bottom up conservatives and talk about things, they find that they really need each other." The answer is not an alternative set of top down systems that you pretend to control or people that promise to work on your behalf control. It's a city that you control. That looks a lot like a 15 minute city. There's a yin and a yang there. They need each other.
