The Impact of Carbon Dioxide on the Earth's Climate

Professor William Happer is a professor of physics emeritus at Princeton University. He served as the director of the Department of Energy's Office of Science from 1991 to 1993. In 2018, he was on the National Security Council studying the impact of carbon dioxide on global warming. The idea that increasing carbon dioxide is causing a runaway greenhouse effect or a runaway climate change "is simply not true," Professor Happer says.
