Are You Using a Supportive Shoe?
Make sure you're not overdoing your calf stretchers. It can be a bit of a trap. There's no evidence to show whether you use a supportive, maximalist shoe or whether you ise a barefoot minimals shoe, youare any more likely to sustain an injury. 80 % of the people out there are heel strikers. And if you have a long, drawn out, lengthened spring, it's going to become less effective.
