Is There a Time in the Trading Day When I'm Not Taking Any Trades?

I'm not trading the entire day. I mostly wait 10, 10, 30 because statistically, for me, that's the best time to get involved in a trade. There are few key points, let's say, key times of the day when I'm there. And then I'm focused, obviously, at the open, but I really traded the open. Obviously, I'm not so sharp anymore. So I'm really not even though I day trade and I put my swings on or whatever. I'm mostly done by 12 PM.
