The complicated ethnic make up of the military will have long term implications for this fledgling nation. Northern ugada and northern kania were both places which the government in colonial times found it very difficult to to govern. The wind of change is blowing through this continent whether we like it or not, this growth of national consciousness is a political fa we must all accept it as a fact. Our national policies must take account of it.
