Be aware of the other person's schedule and don't push too hard if they seem genuinely busy. Don't be overly persistent or intrusive; strike a balance between showing your interest and respecting their limits. Find common ground: Discover shared experiences, interests or connections to create a stronger bond. Emotional intelligence: Demonstrate empathy and understanding by being aware of theother person's emotions and responding appropriately. A number of different ways to create, be adaptable and flexible.
