The Importance of Diversity in Design
I think that's another advantage that you have if you've got an extremely diverse team, right? Because then it's not like everybody's from one place and they're all pulling something from another place. And so we get to celebrate all of our things. It's a hat that I feel like comfortable and people like interpret it as African because I'm black. But at what point like what's the balance of doing it in a way that it actually feels like it's taking ownership of it? Yeah. So it's planned ruin. Exactly.
