We built the health system probably in mediaeval times after the great plague with hospitals and primary care. We need to break that down ther post pandemic, second great plague. Every single hospital doctor needs to spend at least six months working in a community setting. And we need to create these these transitional teams, and also special teams for those really complex issues such as the very frail elderly or the very complex co morbidity. Let's start designing a health system fit for the 20 second and 20 first century which is what we did during the pandemic. Then i think patients lives, staff's lives wiull be better. Patients will see less fragmentation of their care, and we will actually end
