Do Some People Get More Money?

I remember one example, aretha franklin was on the show. She ask do some people get more money? I don't believe maybe some shows, maybe some people demand more money. Maybe musical guests get a little more, but i don't know if that's the case. And she had another request, which was no air conditioning while she was therecause it was bad for her throat or her voice. It was brutally hot in there.
