Is There Regulative Oversight, Is It Necessary?
I would challenge the assertion that regulatory oversight is needed or valuable at all. Period, but that's a very ideological position and most people don't agree with me on that. Most people want regulatory oversight, right? And then it's a question of what are the details of that oversight. Oversight is one of those euphemistic terms that sounds kind of like clarity. It doesn't really just mean surveillance. If they just they can obviously just watch these are transparent blockchains. Like it's the most watchable thing ever. There's oversight by the code.
