McKinsey is just another layer on that credential hierarchy, which is a big thing. The point is people keep playing that game for years and years from McKinsey to Harvard Business School. All of those are essentially climbing a ladder that right now is highly concentrated in these sort of global cities. Imagine if you could do something, maybe it's even lesser paid, but it is with someone in your local community. You can then get a recommendation that could open up a similar range of opportunity.
