Striker's Path to Future Threat Forecasting

Admiral Striker is the only person I know who somehow magically did some of these typical paint by numbers career stuff backwards. He left the cockpit, went to a staff assignment, did a full staff assignment, and then went to Air Command and Staff College where he graduated number one in his class. So that's what he spent a large part of his career looking at near mid and long term planning future threat forecasting trends. And really, that's where the trend forecasting and mega trends feed into to shape and bound, how do we predict the future?
