Molly: I'm really curious about what things you've learned about how to motivate a large communities of learners, and an kind of the work you're doing in that space. Peter: One is trying to be at the right level of where they are now, and trying to figure that out as important. Another isa meeting their goals. And then a community is important, of having somebody else to motivate you,. It's all too easy to say, ah, oh, you know, i don't feel like it to day. But if you say, oh, well, there's a study group with my four bodies, i can't let them down.
