Do You Know Whether to Diagnose a Child With ADHD or Not?

In my John Market paper, which is called Miss Diagnosis, Physician Decision Making and ADHD, I kind of take their traditional models of decision making under uncertainty. And I apply them to a mental health setting, particularly the doctor's decision to diagnose a child with ADHD or not. So in general, economic terms, I have this Bayesian learning model where a physician receives a patient signal, updates his prior regarding ADHD likelihood, and then decides to diagnose or not,. depending on his cost of type one versus type two diagnostic errors.
