Being a Librarian in Texas

i want people to remember that when they hear texas being texas, it's like the florida man. We are a very jery mandard and voter repress state. For hispanic heritage month, i had to tell other librarians to stop pinting out biographies on rigarto montoval for people that likes fantasy island. But te le, oh, much better now? That was 20 years ago. Ye, absolutely not better now. And, you know it, it took some work, but i think we're definitely, definitely getting there.
