The Giants' Long Term Plan

Last year, the Giants went for the trenches. This year, it's going to be more about let's start to build in some plan makers. It seems like this is a much more collaborative effort, including the coaching staff. And I believe that that I think they're going to have a much bigger say in the draft process rather than just separating coaches and scouts.
